Pranayama Teacher Training in India

Pranayama Teacher Training Course Rishikesh India by Tattvaa Yogashala leading Indian Yoga Teachers Training School offering highest quality Pranayama Teacher Training to global students.

Pranayama in Sanskrit literally translates into “extension of the prana or breath. “Prana means life-force and it is the vital energy or life-force that pervades the body. Prana is the spiritual link between the mind and the consciousness. During Pranayama sessions the students will engage in a range of deep breathing techniques under the guidance of the course instructors. Pranayama works wonders in improving the overall health and the function of all the vital organs within the body. Deep breathing stimulates the main nerve in the parasympathetic nervous system the vagus nerve slowing down the heart rate, lowering the blood pressure and calming the body and mind. Pranayama also assists in purifying the blood, reducing anxiety and stress levels, clearing negative emotions, repressing anger, preventing disease, removing toxins and strengthening the immune system.
