Meet Nacho Kaleta - a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher and practitioner with almost four years of teaching experience and nine years of practice. Nacho has taught yoga in a variety of environments, with the intention of spreading the knowledge and system of yoga as he has learned and experienced during his studies and practice around the world. Nacho specializes in teaching the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system, emphasizing alignment and adjustments of posture to ensure the perfection of posture practice as well as to take students safely beyond their expected limits. Nacho also places focus on the psychological aspect of yoga, helping students to develop their own nature, discover their potential, and transform their lives through the practice. Nacho teaches with both power and grace, reflecting the inherent nature of the Ashtanga yoga practice.
Nacho's highlights include his wide range of adjustments and modifications with attention to alignment and detail to ensure safety and precision, his holistic knowledge of the yoga system, including postures, pranayama, history, Patanjali's eight-limbed yoga, and meditation, his ability to connect with students with patience and empathy, and his wide range of adjustments for Ashtanga Primary Series and Intermediate Series. Nacho teaches to instill confidence and comfort in students, regardless of their level of practice, from complete beginners to more advanced.
Nacho's relevant experience includes teaching and assisting Ashtanga Mysore and Led classes at Tattvaa Yoga Shala, teaching Pranayama classes to develop technique and practice, and leading workshops and adjustment classes to help develop the practices and teaching skills of students. Nacho also worked as a yoga teacher trainer for a 200-hour yoga teacher training course with a focus on Ashtanga and Sivanada styles of yoga at Merkhaba Association of Yoga Teachers. Nacho taught Ashtanga yoga and Acroyoga classes at Sonia Blanco School of Dance and led Ashtanga yoga classes for all levels six times a week at Zen Samsara Yoga & Pilates Studio. Nacho also taught led classes of Ashtanga yoga, and the fundamentals and technique of Thai massage and Acroyoga at AcroYoga and Thai Massage Workshops. Nacho taught led Ashtanga yoga classes twice daily to a wide variety of practitioners, both locals and tourists at Matala Yoga Shala. Nacho also assisted and taught Ashtanga Mysore and Led classes at Tattvaa Yoga Shala and assisted in teaching Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training courses and workshops.
Nacho's relevant certifications and courses include a 500 Hour Ashtanga Yoga Teaching Certificate from Tattvaa Yoga Shala, a Hatha Yoga Intensive Course from Agama Yoga School, a Thai Massage Certificate from Sunshine Massage School, and an Ayurvedic Massage Certificate from Rasovai School of Ayurvedic Massage.
