Tattvaa Yoga Shala offers the opportunity for students to come and increase their training level and immerse themselves in their practice with the New to Yoga Teacher Training in Gokarna Course. This course focuses on the fundamentals of the Primary series. It is ideal for those who are limited for time, are focused primarily on deepening their practice without necessarily the intention to teach, or for those who are looking for an intensive retreat to accelerate their personal yoga journey.
The course breaks down the Primary series in detail, covering the physics and energetics of each asana, the principles behind the sequence of asanas, and an in-depth study of each asana and transition. The course safely covers modifications and common alignment issues, as well as methods and tips to improve the overall practice. Important topics that will be taught during the study of Primary Series include the Vinyasa system of breath coordinated with movement, the practice of Bandhas (energy locks), and Dristhi (gazing points of concentration).
Our 200 hour ashtanga yoga teacher training course includes the study and practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series, pranayama, meditation, kriyas, and alignment and adjustment workshop. This program will prepare individuals with all the tools and confidence one needs to become a yoga teacher and will propel them forward on personal yogic journey. Tattvaa Yoga 200 hour yoga instructor certification course in Ashtanga method will physically challenge you to practice the yogic positions that enliven your body and make you go through philosophy and anatomy & physiology that enlighten your mind and spirit with foundational knowledge of this traditional health science.

While staying at our top yoga school in India during courses, students live together
at Hari Palace Residency and surrounding guest houses in Ram Jula.
Tuition fee, course materials/props, accommodation (single/twin-shared), and Vegetarian meals are included in the 200 hour yoga teacher training fee in Rishikesh at Tattvaa Yogashala
Pick-up from Dehradun or New Delhi Airport is provided at the expense of the guest.
When you are ready to register for any of the courses or programs at Tattvaa Yogashala, please submit the Application / Registration Form online or feel free to contact us so we can further assist your with your registration. We will send you confirmation of your registration within 48 hours after receiving your required forms and documents. After we have confirmed your place and registration in the course, you need to pay 15% of total fee as non-refundable deposit which is part of the course fee.
You will be asked to pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Rishikesh or before arriving. After you have sent your deposit, please email us a copy of the receipt or proof of deposit so we can complete your registration. Applications are processed on a first come first serve basis. Tattvaa Yogashala maintains the right to accept or reject any application without providing an explanation.
