Ashtanga Yoga : Ashtanga Yoga is considered one of the hardest yoga forms. It required patience and practice to master the art. While attaining perfection can take months and even years, even after multiple failures. The practice of Ashtanga includes eight limbs which paves the path of Samadhi. This style requires patience as well as strength and flexibility which will be taught during the course by our expert teachers in Ashtanga.
Vinyasa Yoga Vinyasa Yoga is a very different form as compared to all the other forms of yoga. Every class of Vinyasa is different as it has a variety of postures and styles to learn. This form of yoga helps you align your breath and body movement (asana) in a synchronized manner. The synchronized pattern not only improves physical strength but also helps in improving mental fitness and overall growth.
Meditation : There are many ways to keep the physical body fit, however, there are limited ways to improve mental health. Meditation is one of the most effective ways to improve mental health. In the ancient scriptures, it is mentioned about meditation and its benefits. Apart from improving mental health, meditation also enhances concentration and calmness to handle every situation with ease.
Pranayama : Pranayama is a breathing practice which involves inhalation, holding of breath and exhalation. The process might seem a very simple process, but attaining perfection can take months or even years. This practice will improve mind and body connection which results in better movement of the body and improves the ability of the mind. With a concentration on the breathing process, you train your mind to concentrate on a particular action. This practice will not only affect the concentration power of the brain but will also reduce anxiety and stress levels.
