Ashtanga Yoga : Ashtanga Yoga gained popularity through K. Pattabhi Jois who with his research center attracted practitioners from across the globe. After his intense learning period of 25 years from the age of 12 under S. T. Krishnamacharya, he started his Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute. After he wrote Yog Mala's book which attracted students and yoga passionate people from across the globe.
Vinyasa Yoga : Vinyasa Yoga is another style that requires energy, strength and sync between mind and body. This style is associated with performing various asanas in sync with breathing. While practicing this style not only improves physical strength but also enhances the connection between body and mind. The movement and practice will help the body to adapt to different situations without affecting the breathing sign or offering red flags to the brain. There are times when the human body starts to react very quickly and negatively where circulation and breathing play an important role. With the practice of Vinyasa, all the modern-day issues can be cured and have an overall better connection with the body.
