What Do The 500 Hour YTT Course Fees Include?

  • The course fees include all the study material which is part of the course.
  • Hygienic and clean accommodation at the school is included in the course fees. The accommodation will be provided as per the preference. We offer private rooms, double-sharing, triple-sharing and quad-sharing rooms as well.
  • 2 times sattvic meals along with herbal teal are also included in the course. The students can choose between vegan, vegetarian and sattvic meal options for the course.
  • 24/7 Wifi, hot water, purified drinking water and all the other amenities at the school can be used at no extra cost.

Ashtanga Yoga : Ashtanga Yoga is one of the most difficult styles of yoga which was popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois in the 20th century. Jois was a great practitioner and learner who spent more than 25 years since he was 12 learning under S. T. Krishnamacharya. Later he started his own Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute where he wrote his book named Yog Mala. The book was published in English and was a great success. Practitioners from across the globe came to India to practice and learn about Yoga after the success of the book.


Vinyasa Yoga : Vinyasa Yoga is another style of yoga that is popularized as flow. The style as compared to other yoga styles is very unique and is also recognised as the combination of multiple styles. The practice of Vinyasa requires immense strength and control over breathing. The purity and flow of this style are what help the practitioners with the improved connection between mind and body while also improving strength. This style involves a combination of breathing along with body movement which as a result offers better control and calmness.


Pranayama : Pranayama is also known as the mastery of the body. This style of yoga is considered to be one of the most effective in establishing a connection between mind, body and breathing. Though at first it seems very easy to perform, with each variation in technique, mastery becomes difficult. In this course, our teachers will help the student achieve the optimal connection with mind and body through various breathing techniques. While the process of Pranayama involves inhaling, holding breath and exhaling, the techniques, variations and locks make it difficult.


Meditation : Practicing for the betterment of the body is the way to achieve good health. However, the overall health of the human body is derived from physical and mental fitness. Meditation is one of the most effective techniques to improve mental health and improve the strength of the brain. The process involves concentration, focus and patience. With practice, it is easy to spend hours and even days meditating and feeling the bliss. It is also recognised as one of the most effective ways of coping with modern-day issues like stress, anxiety and depression.
