Yoga inspires us to live so we can make the best out of life. Unfortunately, as beautiful as we are as people, the world can make us into something we are not. Before we know it, we lose ourselves, and then that becomes our reality. Yoga brings us closer to who we are and who we sometimes forget to be.
The main objective of Yoga is to take things slow in life. We live in a place with a lot of haste, hurry, and stress. Applying habits from a yogic lifestyle to our own, we can create space in our beings to activate something significant that we own in our bodies. Yoga and all of its habits, practices, perspectives, and mindsets help us stay close to our authentic selves, handle life's hardships, and be in a constant state of bliss.
To put it in a cliché way: life is like a roller coaster; it has ups and downs. Some are scary, and some are fun. Some feel like it's the end, and some feel it's a beautiful new beginning. However, if one doesn't strap themselves very tight and safely, all of the ups and downs can be misleading, confusing, dangerous, unbalancing, and deadly.
