I really enjoyed the 200 hours TT this month. I learned a lot both on the asana side, both on the philosophy and meditation classes. I really appreciated the cure for the detail in every lesson and the strong importance given to fundamentals of each discipline. I would definitely recommend Tattvaa and I hope to come back soon.

I did a 200hr teacher training this month. There are simply no words to describe how beautiful, intense, life changing and magical this month has been for me. The teachers are very dedicated to share their knowledge with their students and support you wherever needed. You can really feel that they all love what they do!! Highly recommended :-)

I have been practicing with Yogi Kamal at Tattvaa Yogashala for a week and he is the best teacher i would recommend any Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga student, beginner or advanced. Kamal has the ability to both give the most professional and attentive adjustments, as well as verbal corrections, and push you to the top of your abilities without harming your body.
