Three paths, one intention: an authentic yoga and meditation retreat in Rishikesh, India, on the banks of the Ganga. Choose Yoga, Ayurveda or Healing — each rooted in 26+ years of lineage-based teaching at Tattvaa Yogashala.
An Invitation to Pause
India remains the one place in the world where yoga is not an imported wellness trend but a living, unbroken tradition. Choosing a yoga and meditation retreat in India means practising where the discipline actually originated — passed from teacher to student for generations, rather than reconstructed from a studio manual abroad.
Within India, Rishikesh holds a particular place as the “Yoga Capital of the World,” sitting where the Ganga leaves the Himalayan foothills and enters the plains. A yoga and meditation retreat in Rishikesh, India lets you practise on the same ghats where sages have taught for over a century, with the mountains and the river as a constant backdrop.
At Tattvaa Yogashala, this national and local heritage comes together in three focused retreat paths — Yoga, Ayurveda and Healing — so you can choose the depth and direction that matches what you actually need right now.
Three Paths, One Intention
Each path shares the same Tattvaa spirit — sattvic meals, a quiet Ganga-side campus, senior in-house teachers — while offering its own focused experience.
