Pranayama in Sanskrit translates into "extension of the prana or breath. "Prana means life-force, and it is the vital energy or life-force that permeates the body. Prana is the spiritual link between the mind and consciousness. During Pranayama Teacher Training Course, the students will engage in a range of deep breathing techniques under the guidance of the course instructors.
Pranayama works wonders in improving the overall health and the function of all the vital organs within the body. Deep breathing stimulates the main nerve in the parasympathetic nervous system, the vagus nerve slowing down the heart rate, lowering the blood pressure, and calming the body and mind. Pranayama sessions also assist in purifying the blood, reducing anxiety and stress levels, clearing negative emotions, repressing anger, preventing disease, removing toxins, and strengthening the immune system.
At Tattvaa Yogashala, we offer various Pranayama Teacher Training Courses depending on the practice and intensity of the program. Our Pranayama TTC in Rishikesh is well designed for students or yoga practitioners who want to focus on the meditative aspect of Yoga and breathing practices. After completing the course, students can get a Pranayama TTC Certificate from Yoga Alliance USA. This certification will enable them to share knowledge and teach breathing techniques worldwide.
