Training Dates

200 Hour Ashtanga/Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Goa

Our 200 hour yoga teacher training in Goa follows multi-style with specification in Hatha yoga and fine touch in Ashtanga yoga. This training will cover 48 to 80 yoga asanas along with advanced Hatha yoga asanas. You will also learn the advanced asana techniques of Patanjali and Ashtanga yoga. Pranayama, meditation, yog nidra, human anatomy and physiology, yogic cleansing, and yoga philosophy are other fields of study. On completion of the course, students will develop their personal practice in a level that they can start teaching other people. Becoming a professional yoga instructor requires knowledge, experience, commitment and focus. You should be regularly practicing and teaching yoga for at least three year to gain the experience one requires to be a professional. Continuous study to broaden the knowledge and participation on discussions and dialogues are other aspects that contribute to your understanding. 200 hour yoga teacher training course in India is the initial step towards becoming a professional yoga instructor. 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Goa

Fees include tuition for the course, single room accommodation, two full meals per day and a daily snack with tea.

Payment Options

Information and Instructions for payment procedure will be sent to you with your letter of acceptance. To reserve your seat, you need to pay US$ 200 as non-refundable deposit. The balance of the payment may be made on Orientation Day upon arrival in Rishikesh. The Payment methods we accept are cash (Indian Rupees or US Dollars), credit card and online transfer using Transferwise. Payments by online transfer may be made in any Currency, as we will receive all payments in Indian Rupees.

Refund Policy

Course fee including deposit paid for registration is non-refundable and it is valid for one year from the actual course date. Students are required to pay a deposit to secure their space, and the outstanding course fee must be paid in full before the course commences. Please note that we do not give refunds, so it is your responsibility to ensure that you are fully insured against any unforeseen circumstances that either prevent you from attending the course, or that require you to leave the course early.

We are located in Oasis residency at Dolphin Beach resort in the Mandrem beach, 55 Km away from Goa International airport.
