300 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training In Rishikesh, India

"Yoga is for internal cleansing, not external exercising. Yoga means true self-knowledge” ~ Pattabhi Jois

Yoga is one of those vital mental and physical activities that you can do to keep your body, mind, heart, and soul in sync. Apart from its numerous physical advantages, it helps to build serenity in your body and soul. It is believed that without a calm and favourable mind, one cannot gain the actual purposes of their life. According to our hatha yoga teacher training school in Rishikesh, Tattvaa Yogashala, "The standard practice of Hatha yoga enhances strength, flexibility, and balance may offer some light to moderate aerobic training as well, depending on the style practised." Thus, yoga coordinates the energy flow in the body, mind, and soul.

The 300-hour Hatha yoga teacher training in India is an excellent chance to explore a yogic tradition carried in its sanctity and vibrancy for thousands. The program runs across the year and is conducted in our small shala (spaces). The area is specially made for imparting Hatha Yoga at the Tattvaa Yoga centre. Upon completing our 300hr Hatha YTT program, trainees will have the privilege and fulfilment of bringing this knowledge to many more people.

What is Hatha Yoga?

"Hatha" has the word "yoga" connected to it because hatha yoga is a complete course by itself. You could have approached it differently if it was an activity, art or enjoyment. I am using all these instances because these specialities have been said about Hatha yoga and are still practised today. The moment you hook the word "yoga," it implies it is an entire path. In most Indian languages, the term "Hatha" means being obstinate. This is the quality that you will require for this course. Your body says, "Enough, I had it." But you are determined.

FAQs On 300 Hour Hatha YTTC India

Yes, those who are pregnant can also do our 300 hr Hatha YTTC. All physical activities are generally safe for pregnant women and when they are in menstruation. But we highly suggest you get your doctor's approval before registering for the course. To ensure a little more, discuss your pregnancy with the yoga instructor for the session so that they can skip or modify certain positions for you.

Depending on the different course modules, we have other numbers of yoga postures, but according to the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, which is an anthology that combines many Hatha texts. It includes fifteen primary postures - 7 of which are seated, and eight are non-seated. The additional 69 poses are also there, which combines to give a total of 84 asanas. But as we said, you aren't going to perform all these yoga postures in one course.

If you are a beginner to yoga and looking for a slow-paced style, you should go with Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga is always practised slowly, focusing on breathing techniques, holding physical postures, and proper alignment. Although this is not the only difference, Vinyasa yoga is a much faster and heavy-paced style that focuses on the breath to movements. In vinyasa, you hardly hold any posture; you can expect it to flow throughout the practice. If you are expecting something more challenging, vinyasa and ashtanga yoga are better options.

Many people practice yoga as a way to address their health conditions. There are various types of classes that suit different health needs and not just suit but also benefit from them. However, we won't suggest you do it if you have suffered from an injury. Though Hatha yoga is a much simpler form of yoga style, you still need to ask and get a recommendation from your doctor or physician before registering for the 300 hour hatha yoga teacher training course..
